Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is an administrative agency which acts in a quasi-judicial capacity. These Regulations authorize the Board to hear and decide appeals for:

  1. Variances from the provisions of the Regulations,
  2. Special exceptions for certain uses specified in the Regulations, and
  3. Overriding an order or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
