Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is an administrative agency which acts in a quasi-judicial capacity. These Regulations authorize the Board to hear and decide appeals for: (1) variances from the provisions of the Regulations, (2) special exceptions for certain uses specified in the Regulations, and (3) overriding an order or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
